CPO® turns liquid oils into stable, free-flowing powders — solving a major manufacturing problem. Oils don’t behave well in tablets, capsules, or stick-packs: they leak, separate, stain other ingredients, and break down under pressure. Other oil-to-powder technologies typically use high heat or fragile shells that rupture in the tablet press.
CPO® uses specially designed silica particles that hold oils inside their internal pore structure (a process called adsorption — surface binding, distinct from absorption, where one substance is dissolved into another). The result is a dry, free-flowing powder that withstands the tablet press, mixes evenly with other actives, and stays stable on the shelf — without high heat or synthetic carriers.
