The Story

What is the Technology

PlexoZome® is a proven liposomal delivery technology. Liposomes are tiny spherical structures made from the same kind of phospholipids that form your own cell membranes — and when you wrap a nutrient inside one, you protect it from stomach acid, bypass the liver’s first-pass metabolism, and deliver it directly into the bloodstream where it can do its work.

The market is full of products labelled “liposomal” that are really just oil-and-phospholipid mixtures. PlexoZome® is verified on every batch with Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Cryo-TEM imaging, so you can actually see the bilayer structure. Particle size and electrostatic stability are validated with Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and Zeta Potential testing.
‍

Two formats. PlexoZome® (Liquid) is the ready-to-use liquid matrix with the liposome structure already formed — ideal for sprays, drops, shots, and topical applications. PlexoZome® Pro (Proliposomal Powder) is a dry powder that forms genuine liposomes in situ when it meets aqueous fluid in your body — tablet- and capsule-ready, with superior shelf stability and no preservatives needed.
‍

Manufactured in a TGA-licensed facility, with customisable particle size and active concentration to meet specific therapeutic and regulatory needs.

Advantages of the Technology

  • Real liposomes — verified on every batch with electron microscopy, not just claimed on the label
  • Delivers both water-soluble actives (B12, NR, Glutathione, Vitamin C) and oil-soluble actives (Vitamin D3, K2)
  • Bypasses the liver’s first-pass metabolism — direct route into the bloodstream
  • Protects sensitive nutrients from stomach acid and enzyme breakdown
  • Therapeutic results with less active material per dose
  • Available as liquid (sprays, drops, shots, topicals) or proliposomal powder (capsules, tablets)
  • Customisable for specific actives, doses, and regulatory needs
  • Backed by peer-reviewed publications and human clinical data

Summary of Studies

PlexoZome® Vitamin D3 — 3× the absorption

Triple the total absorption versus standard Vitamin D3. Human PK study (n=10) of a single 3,500 IU dose. PlexoZome® D3 delivered approximately 3× the total absorption (AUC) of standard Vitamin D3 and 1.4× the absorption of nano-cholecalciferol. Compared to a standard oral spray, AUC was 37% higher — at a 40% lower administered dose.

PlexoZome® Pro Creatine — 3 g delivers the impact of 5 g

Same training benefit, 40% less raw material. Pilot crossover study in 6 adult males. A 3 g dose of Creatine Monohydrate as PlexoZome® Pro reached equivalent peak blood levels (109.58 vs. 116.84 µg/mL) and total absorption to a 5 g dose of standard Creatine Monohydrate — meaning the same systemic delivery from a smaller, easier-to-take dose.

PlexoZome® Levagen® Topical — Eczema

Significant eczema symptom improvement vs. comparator cream. Randomized comparator-controlled trial published in Skin Pharmacology & Physiology (Rao et al., 2024). Topical PlexoZome® Levagen® showed significant reduction in skin dryness, redness, and overall eczema severity (POEM score) compared to a benchmark cream. Read the study

PlexoZome® Levagen® Topical — Post-Exercise Knee Pain

85% of users felt relief within an hour. Published 4-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 86 adults with post-exercise knee pain (217 pain episodes analyzed). 85% of pain episodes in the active group resolved within 60 minutes, versus 73% for placebo (p=0.043). In moderate-to-severe cases, time to resolution was approximately 20 minutes faster than placebo. Zero adverse events. Read the study

PlexoZome® Curcumin — peer-reviewed pharmacokinetics

Two peer-reviewed papers in Pathology — Research and Practice (2024) document the superior pharmacokinetics of PlexoZome® Curcumin and its ability to bypass traditional digestive barriers.
